Great job, hamradio!
One thing I didn't see mentioned, though, was the ability to import graphics to base your icons on.
I know Microangelo allows you to import .bmp files that you have created in another graphics program. This is my preferred way of creating icons since it gives me much more control over the image creation and I can use any plugins I want in the process by creating the image for the icon in Paintshop Pro.
I also know that Microangelo allows you to export a .gif file of your icon as well as an .ico file, which can be handy for developers that need a small graphic for their PAD files.-app103 (October 19, 2006, 01:42 AM)

For those of you that have taken advantage of this offer, you can't use the instructions in the email they sent you, once you have that key.
It says to double click the key file but that will result in this error:
What you have to do is make sure you have version 3.51 installed and open it. then drag that key file into it and you are done.
The email gave bad installing info.-app103 (July 30, 2006, 01:48 AM)
sTile is a program designed to create 'Seamless Tiles'; small images that, when lined up adjacent with itself, makes a seamless pattern with no discernible borders. It can do other things, but that was (and still is) its primary purpose. It is based on gradients, the gradual shading from one color to another. Best results for 3D look is to use a light color and a dark color for the gradient. After the gradient, there are numerous 'filters' and 'distortions' that can be applied to the image to alter the appearance in a variety of ways.-harmware Website
