I use what I think is even better: Invizible Pro with Tor, DNSCrypt and Purple I2P modules.

I can use the browser of my choice with Tor, is really fast although I use it in the middle of nowhere, open source, very stable, no VPN logging ...

Only bad thing about it is that you can't access all websites and some search engines/Cloudflare constantly molest you with hCaptcha.
