Does this modification work with 1.1.4?

Yes it's tested to work with SMF 1.1.4. What error messages did you get (exactly)?

A projector!  :)

How do you say projector in Canadian English?

Your projector breaks down

Projector?  Projector?  What's that?
Oh, do you mean that guy who had too much to drink the night before?

Nice job Deozaan! Thanks for the intro.

btw, it's super easy to join our IRC channel (even if you are not familiar with IRC stuff) - simple visit:

or if the above one doesn't work.

On Oct 18, we have received the following error message (first in over two months :P) related to forum search:

Database Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''retr'))
                                                FROM (smf_messages as m, smf_tmp_log_search_messages as lsm)
                ' at line 1

As we don't record user search queries I have no clue as to what search terms/conditions triggered this error. Please let us know if you ever got this error from forum search so we can fix it asap.

Yes nudone, I haev HP w19e here, which has a native resolution of 1400 x 900.

According to http://en.wikipedia....f_common_resolutions, it's WSXGA Wide XGA+.

Survey: anyone having problems with forum search?  :)

Yes, mtirnanic, but I have to agree with app on the GPL license. It is, after all, how your program is licensed.

Hmm im curious: why is it listed as a sourceforge project when there's neither source code nor gpl license in the download packages?  :)

I find he has an interesting understanding of the term "freeware"  ;D ;D:

Q: How do you figure discounted software as Freeware?
A: well, the discounted part is free to you.

Carol, go to, pick your fav nickname and join us!  ;)

Ok, DC web chat is back! Try it now!  ;)

Yes, is hosted on my own server (which is currently down due to serious problems which can be summarized as "Kernel Panic"). >:( It'll probably take 12 hrs to restore.

DC main server experienced unknown temporary problems today as well.

Ticket submitted to server support guys. :)

Hi TORBWine,

Sorry for the inconvenience, as I don't have DNS installed here I cannot help with testing and diagnosis.

Anyone else troubled by similar problems?

I have 2 PCs and a VPS available here to run the client 24/7. :)
