I want to run defrag and Antivirus scan in background when I am watching movie i.e on VLC player. Since both these activities (and many more takes lot of time) It would be nice to get it done automatically while watching movies.

I have lot of old excel sheet which has sheet2 & sheet3 as blank/empty/unused.
I am searching for code which could delete these sheets safely once they are verified that they don't have any data. Being non-programmer I am not able to write code.

I want to scan all the folders on my drive, pick each excel file and delete sheet2 and sheet3 after verification.
