Unfortunately, it is completely unusable when using Large Fonts (120 p) in Windows.

bookTome's developer must have read you...check the what's new of v1.62

Bug Fixes and Changes

The major bug fixes and changes that were implemented in this version of bookTome are:

    * Added Delete Author, Series & Category to navigation bar right click menus,
    * Improved the behavior of the Complete Order button in the Wish List,
    * Removed the older, more unreliable method of accessing Amazon,
    * Minor user interface changes such as correcting menu colors and icons,
    * Added links to Google to the Amazon Web Services dialog,
    * Fixed books disappearing from Wish List if the case of the author name differed from what was expected,
    * Support for running in Large Fonts (120dpi),
    * Minor other bug fixes, interface and maintenance changes.
