Thanks Lanux128.  Note that "disabling" Trend Micro Internet Security is a PITA...I had to manually kill about 6 processes, and it still blocked mouser's download site for this app.

I have SiteAdvisor, too, and it gives your site a green light.  I also have TM Internet Security 2008 (used to be PC-Cillin), which is an awesome low-load, all-purpose suite (compared to McAfee & Symantec).  TM has flagged a bunch of bad sites, but it also has blocked some good ones.  I've never had it refuse to accept a site added to its "safe" list before now.  I'd call them if they were blocking my site.  TM supports Firefox seamlessly, but their online Contacts default to IE (Help & Chat).  I assume you are a S-M business...here's their contact info:

Here's a clip of the TM window.  I followed the instructions several times, but to no avail.   I REALLY need a good clip manager...haven't had one since SmartBoard 2000...and yours looks great!  Can you zip & email it (under 20 MB)?

I've added the download url to the approved list and restarted Firefox several times...no luck.  I've reported the site as OK to TM several times...no luck.  Is there another download site for this app?
