Screenshot Captor / Screen Captor - Totally confused - maybe I am dumb (:

Ref: Screen Captor 
I am new to this software and have become confused
My needs:
To be able to get full page screenshots of really long web pages for display purposes.
To be able to resize any captured screenshots to between 157 - 200 px W and 271 px H.
Further need:
To find out the correct Screen Captor settings to achieve the above.
