FlipSuite and Flipbook Printer / End Frame
« on: January 17, 2006, 03:31 PM »
My current project has my niece on a swing. I was very carefully in the Movie Control tab to get a start and end frame that had her face sharp, and not blurred by motion. I then cut the approx. 300 frames down to 50 with the Custom control in Print Options. Doing a Preview, I see the first frame I selected is used, but the last frame is not. I can add more frames to my End Frame, and by trail and error get the one I want on the last card, but is it possible to have your frame-reduction logic use the first and last frames, the equally split up the rest?

Thanks. I think that will be all for today!

FlipSuite and Flipbook Printer / Cover Page Image
« on: January 17, 2006, 01:42 PM »
Mouser,

So using the Print a Cover Page, Use Image, and Use First Frame as Image options, I get a image without a page number, but it is the first image of the movie file, not the Start Frame image I set up in the Movie Control tab. In my current project, I have a 602 frame movie, but I want to start at frame 197 and end at 478. How can I get 197 as the cover image, or just not get page 1 numbered? Thanks.

FlipSuite and Flipbook Printer / Preview
« on: January 17, 2006, 12:36 PM »
Starting to get to work on my Valentine's project for my nieces, and have a question.

All of my movies are 30 fps, so I really don't want to include every frame. Therefore, I use the 'Custom' frame numbers to only print a subset of the total frames. When I do a preview, it only shows one "composite" page, rather than an actual page. Therefore, I have no idea if I am cutting out too many frames or leaving too many in. Is there a way to preview a sheet will all the cards? I guess I could PDF a run, but that's rather time consuming. Thanks!
