General Software Discussion / Recompile Autocad 3rd party software Icontool to work with Autocad 2012

I have been needing this program to be updated since Autocad 2006.
It is an add on program that offers many nice scripts and architectural features to Autocad.
The source code was made available actually at my request years ago and can be found here along with some information as to what is needed

Each year Autodesk updates Autocad requiring many 3rd parties have to recompile their programs to work with the new version.
Regrettably McNeel dropped support for Icontool after 2006, I suppose to focus on there much cooler software.
I'm not a programmer. I'm an Architect stuck in 2006.
Can someone help me get up to date?
