Screenshot Captor / Screencaptor takes permission of my files. Cannot delete.

In the past I never had this issue with Screencaptor taking permission of files. I've been using this software for over 5 years now.
Why does screencaptor need to take file permission anyways? Kinda suspect.
And yes I donated for those that want to flame me.
