Circle Dock / Circle dock , need help.

I have install the Circle Dock , and i can start it. But there is a problem. I can't set internet explorer on it , this computer , ... it doensn't go.

And is there maybe a setting that the circle dock apear on your desktop and dissapear if you start internet explorer or msn , or something else.
