It seems to be temporary. After restarting it, it actually goes back to how it suppose to be organized!

Love this program - I found it via Lifehacker and had to try it out. This whole thing reminds me of the 360 achievement system. Who knows, maybe the gamer in me is obsessed with these points 

Anyway, I found a small glitch in the system. If you erase the item that created the category (and there is still items left in the category), you will find that it will duplicate the category whenever you refresh changes on the category.

In any case, I'll include my list, which can be used by a high-school or college student. I'm open to suggestion.
