I finally found a solution by using a standard mcf file for the main launchbar configuration.  However, I did find that using environment variables i.e., "%USERPROFILE%", does not work for folder locations.  I tried using "%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Dropbox" and I was unable to see anything, if I changed it back to "C:\Documents and Settings\Dave\My Documents\My Dropbox" it worked as expected.

Any suggestions?

Hey,

Thanks for the response.  I will certainly give this a try, been out with strep throat for a few days - no picnic...

I am using Dropbox (www.getdropbox.com) to utilize a synchronized folder for many apps., i.e., AIRoboform, Firefox, etc.

This allows me to have the same experience, reducing learning time, on any computer I run these apps on.  I was hoping to create this scenario using LBC, but so far I am unable to provide a folder location like "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\My Dropbox\LaunchBar Commander\".  Maybe I am missing the correct variable name, but each time LBC wants me to begin a new config.

Should be simple and I am probably missing something easy....    ;)

Btw, Dropbox and LBC rock!!!
