[CHS] Possible to Ignore Particular Address in Browser?
« on: March 24, 2017, 05:22 AM »
Can I ensure that CHS will not copy from the browser when at a particular address?

(Couldnt find any related info)

There is no way to do that currently, and it would be difficult because it has become increasingly difficult (for security reasons presumably) for 3rd party apps to peek at the current address in the browser.

There are 2 possible workarounds:
1. Use a different browser when surfing to such sites, and mark that browser exe to exclude from CHS monitoring.
2. See if anyone has written a browser plugin that will mark Ctrl+C copied text from certain addresses as being tagged as IGNORE SECURE, which CHS supports as an indicator that it should not copy such text.  I doubt this exists but it would be a nice addon.
