Larger Toolbar Buttons

Is there a way for SC to display it's toolbar with 32px icons?  I'm talking about the toolbar in the editing window.

This has been requested several times.. I did a bunch of work on it but never finished it.. let me try to do it.. as 4k screens become more popular this is clearly just getting more important..
