Getting output from a batch file
« on: March 02, 2018, 11:07 AM »
I have not used aliases for a while and now I am not sure...

Is it possible to return output from an external program (.bat or .py) and display it in the FARR window after using an alias?

yes.

See the help page for "Special/virtual launch strings/commands" and look at the "appcapappendmemo"  function.
