A bug in one of our programs? Impossible!
Oh, all right.. I suppose it is possible.. If you insist..

One of the reasons we feel so strongly about asking for donations is so that we can afford to spend the time supporting the continued development and maintenance of our programs.  If you find a bug, we want to know about it, and we want to fix it.

To report a bug:

• Click the "Contact Us" button in the upper right of this page and tell us the program of ours that you are using, along with a description of the bug.
• OR, visit our forum and find the section associated with the program you are using and post your bug report there.
• OR, email us directly at: manager@donationcoder.com.

Don't be shy about reporting bugs or feature requests, we actually love getting such reports - it helps us improve our software!
