cliff - another great newsletter!!

i'd like to point out that personally i love how you tell us about the 2 programs that you didn't like and don't recommend!
most newsletters and things like yours just recommend apps and its a nice mix to have some programs that you really liked but also to hear about ones that you might have thought looked good but turned out they weren't  - very useful.

I was beginning to wonder if I was clear about which ones I didn't like. I just got this letter and had to explain it all to them. I think some people just don't pay attention.
