The author (in his forums) says it needs a rewrite - but I have had no problem with it)

That clock is a good one - Sarbyx Trayclock - http://www.sarbyxlabs.com/en/download.html

Note - there are many available font/color styles - use an image browser in the appropriate subfolder to see them.  The one I use was tweaked by adjusting hue and contrast (i got bad eyes;-)

thats for the "full" Sarbyx organiser thingy [EDIT clock is free]

looks very nice
