bug - tiny but a bug

Cleaning up my Win2K I removed LaunchBar Commander from the machine. Trying to understand some other program's hotkeys I pressed Ctrl+Shift+X and received this little pop-up:

[1: Click or Shift Pastes - RightClick or Ctrl Closes ]

I imagine such a text must come from LaunchBar Commander, but it is no longer on my PC. Can I heale this hotkey and remove any other leftovers from the program?

Hi Curt -
i don't think that bug is related to Launchbar Commander - it's not a launchbar commander hotkey that i can remember; it sounds like a a clipboard tool of some sort.
