Resize results (index/link/protocol)?
« on: July 08, 2005, 01:05 PM »
This is a very minor thing, though I searched and didn't see any discussion about it.

I just installed and tested URL Snooper v2.04.01 and love the functionality! The only pet peeve I've run into is that once results are displayed, I'm unable to resize the different categories n the table (Index, Link and Protocol). You know how you can normally click and drag the line between the categories on the header and change the horizontal size of a certain category to view more of it? It just flickers when I try to move it and snaps back to it's original location. The only way to resize it is to maximize the window.

If you're not sure WTH I'm trying to say, I'd be happy to post a screenshot.  :) The main reason I'd like to be able to do this is to allow for a screenshot of the found URLs. I think I've found another use for URL Snooper (unrelated to media link collection) and I need to run some tests and be able to document it fully. In order to do that, I'll need to be able to show the captured links, but currently they are cut off by the next colum.

Thanks for a wonderful program!

the listview used in url snooper is indeed in need of some improvement; i will put that on the todo list for the next version, and make sure it allows resizing, reordering, and the remembering of such changes.

i don't know if this helps you but you can export or copy to clipboard the results.
