record screen
« on: July 08, 2014, 01:50:16 PM »
hello!
can you recommend me please a good freeware without limitations to record screen?

I tried Camstudio and apart from installing NetCrawl spyware without asking me, it failed to record! It said something like AVI compressor could not be used, use default instead? I clicked OK and it reopened the dialog box. Miserable failure....

Thanks!

Have you tried mouser's Easy Screencast Recorder yet?

My program is probably the last one that should be recommended, as it is not "easy" (despite the name) and not very polished -- at least at this point.

There must be some other good free screencasting tools.
