Conduit A is Killing Me

I've even reinstalled W8.1 and still can't get rid of it.

Anyone with some ideas?

With any serious infection my advice would be the same:

Backup your important documents, then wipe the system clean and do a fresh install -- or do a full drive image restore to a known good state.

Document backup, then if it's that nasty hit it with DBAN.

Then reinstall.  Or, as Mouser said, if you have a good image backup, restore from there.

conduit is hard to get rid of completely.  I have tried a lot of different malware removers but they just cannot seem to eradicate it.  :(

if there is a way to do it, I would love to know what it is.
