from K9 after I tried to copy and paste from a message that was deleted, but cached in K9. Apparently, it doesn't like you to do that:

My 3 favorites from my collection.
These are real...didn't doctor these in any way.

From Windows ME while trying to move a file:

an error I got while trying to play a CD (you need to be psychic to understand this one):

and my very favorite of all...from AOL 5.0 back in 1999:

Here's a few:

When I inserted a (fried, as it turned out) USB memory stick.  Probably made in China, eh?

I started to move a file a couple of years ago.  I suppose it's still on the move: almost 3 million minutes is more than 5 years, isn't it?

Don't remember what file I wanted to play, but it couldn't have been a good one...

And finally, the new and all-improved Paint Shop Pro X as a new Corel product:

I really appreciate the option to not have them asking this anymore!

i love the first usb one - i think it's trying to tell you that your usb stick has been infested with space invaders.

Definitely! I wonder if it's describing the program itself or just the error? ;) :D

What's really "fun" about Media Player is that the dialog just repeats the status message. The "details" button also has always repeated the error message whenever I've seen one, without anything else added.
