Some Programming Levity
« on: December 27, 2012, 07:40:02 AM »
I was just doing a bit of programming, and typed:

Code: C# [Select]
  1. double

Well, I thought, wouldn't that be a waste of code if I didn't do this:

Code: C# [Select]
  1. double d

Unfortunately, I needed to get some actual work done, and couldn't do this:

Code: C# [Select]
  1. double d = awesome;

:P

*giggle*

- in C/C++, you could do...

double d = *((double*) "awesome");

Well, HELLO THERE, 9.53555e-307 :)

Ahhh... No matter how you cut it, the awesomeness of the double d ends up with 2 pointers~! :P ;D
