I'm looking for new/better/easier/cooler ways to package an installer/application.

The application is a Mono/GTK# program, and runs cross platform out of the box.

However, I'm not really all that familiar with OS X/Linux/cross platform installers. So, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend anything that they've used and like.

Any recommendations?
