Graphical countdown multitimer with alarms software

I'm looking for a soft(better is freeware) to control lap multiple time with possible alarms.

Something like this :

I'm assuming that is a screenshot of an existing piece of software. What software is that?

You can construct groups of time, but don't have predefined the time components.
