we seem to be getting quite a few of these reports lately about "not a valid Win32-program". which almost always means that the program did not fully download.
i don't know why this is happening to people. Is there some commonality between users who are getting this error? can you try downloading it again a few times and see if the file is always the same size? if you have another pc with a different firewall or antivirus, try that. it could also be our server i suppose.
ps. cute dog!

-ps- Thanks from the ½ of my today much older "pardoner"
Downloaded with IE 7 gives this problems. I tried to both ways: Save first as... and "Go" direct for an installing. Neither of this works. But if I use Firefox it works with both ways. So the file don't like IE. I hope this can bee to some help.

UPDATE 1/7/8 I just successfully installed URL Snooper 2.20 by selecting Run rather than download. (The only problem is the shortcut icon doesn't display on my desktop, even though I accepted the default.
Okay, I've had it sniff a video URL on a membership site I pay for, and I want to download the video. URL Snooper displays various files on the screen. When I select download, nothing happens or if a file downloads, I don't see it in the URL Snooper folder. I'll look over the Help file, but I'd appreciate your telling me if everything seems to be working right. Thanks.
PROBLEM Solved! Mouser, I'm having the same installation problem with IE 6.0. I've posted elsewhere about it. I'm running Windows XT.
All the best, Mary G.
