WMA DRM Licensing

Has anyone here licensed WMA DRM for playback from MS?

Not for encoding or anything like that. Just playback, and maybe tag editing.

I'm looking for some clarification there regarding the 9/9.5 and 11 licenses.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
