1  DonationCoder.com Software / Clipboard Help+Spell / Re: High CPU usage when running along with Activewords on: August 10, 2011, 10:38:00 PM
I have added all of the related names in the exclusion list and still sees the problem:
AWMonitor.exe
AWLearnTrain.exe
AWFeedback.exe
Nahuatl.exe

2  DonationCoder.com Software / Clipboard Help+Spell / Re: High CPU usage when running along with Activewords on: August 10, 2011, 02:08:52 PM
Acutally, I tried both of the options.  The activewords.exe should be AWMonitor.exe.  The problem still happens.  It does not happen immediately.  Note, there are 2 instances running for AWMonitor.exe.  When the problem happens, one of the AWMonitor.exe shows 2-3% CPU usage and another core was completely taken by CHS.

It seems that I can only use one of the program.  I really want to use both.  So if there is any debugging I can do, please let me know.
3  DonationCoder.com Software / Clipboard Help+Spell / High CPU usage when running along with Activewords on: July 21, 2011, 02:41:37 PM
I have been using clipboard help+spell for a while.  In past, I found sometimes, clipboard was taking away one of the dual cores completely.  It puzzled me for a while until I found the problem only happened when I was using Activewords program.  Any insight what may have caused this issue?

I have tried this at home PC.  It is running without any issue (CZB pack).  There is no anti-virus software installed.  Get back on my work PC and disabled the antivirus.  Still has the same nasty Dll issue.  Is there anyway I can help.  Since I don't have source code, it is pretty tough to gather the information.  Please let me know how can I help from my side.

I recollected that I have seen this behavior on 2 systems after I installed Windows .NET framework 3.5 SP1.  Maybe that caused some Dll hell issue.  Can anyone who has this issue confirm?

Actually, I just tried the CZB package alone with plain vanilla version of the latest FARR and it fails miserably.

No, English XP SP2 and latest FARR.  I remembered that this problem started since FARR 2.45.  Don't seem to have it before that version (at least 2.41 or 2.43 is fine) on my system.

Hope this helps.

I have the exact same issue with Jscript plugins.  Using Windwos XP SP2 and FARR is installed in the default location.
11  DonationCoder.com Software / Find And Run Robot / Refresh environment variable changes on: June 24, 2008, 10:48:26 AM
Is there a way (or alias) to refresh the environment variables?  I found the application launched by FARR does not recognize the new/updated environment variables (Windows system/user changed through control panel, etc.).  Is there an easy way other than restarting the FARR?
12  DonationCoder.com Software / Find And Run Robot / Re: FARR 2.10.01 on: June 23, 2008, 11:08:19 PM
Yes, that is consistent to what I have been experienced.
13  DonationCoder.com Software / Find And Run Robot / Re: FARR 2.10.01 on: June 23, 2008, 10:02:18 AM
I also found the FARREnvironmentVariable caused the same trouble.  Is there a common pattern why these plugins disabled the hotkeys?
14  DonationCoder.com Software / Find And Run Robot / Re: FARR 2.10.01 on: June 20, 2008, 07:23:21 PM
After some debugging, the culprit is the FARR Google Calendar plugin.  In particular, it is    http://vitalyb.dcmembers....eCalendar/versioninfo.xml.
After I disabled it, everything works fine again!

Cheers!

It works fine with me in the 2.08 versions.

I have fixed the problem using softy.  Basically, you need to repackage different styles.  Make sure the regular is displayed before regular, italic  Grin

I have attached the modified copy.

The font is great.  However, my windows 2K treated as italic font by default.  The Vim, Emacs editors are fine and display the font gracefully.  When I use Visual Studio 6.0, the default font for Dina is italic and consistent with the default style in Windows 2K.  Can anyone help?
