1  Main Area and Open Discussion / General Software Discussion / Looking for an SMF Mod on: April 29, 2010, 07:55:18 PM
Hello everybody, I'm looking for a SimpleMachines.org forum addon/modification.

If notifications are enabled, when someone posts a new thread (or replies to one), I receive an email with the contents of the post. I would like to be able to reply to such emails, and my replies be posted in the thread (as a reply).

There was an old addon that did exactly this, but it no longer functions. The machine i'm using runs freebsd.

If anybody is interested in throwing something like this together, I've got some donation coder credits that are gathering unwanted dust.

mods: If this is in the wrong section, I appologize, please move it to the appropriate section.

Also think about using formats that windows media player can play by default so that people don't have to have a mp3 player (i'm not sure that wmp can read .m3u )

Also check out kplaylist, it may be of some interest to you.
