77  Main Area and Open Discussion / Living Room / Re: Can anyone help break "router block"? on: January 05, 2015, 01:16:36 PM
On the subject of reviews, for modems and routers you will never get a consensus good or bad. TVs, computers and anything else you can name will never match modems and routers in that sense, believe me I know this.  You will have to go by one source you trust (for whatever reason) like for example here DC.

USB Armory seems intriguing, what's everybody's opinion about it?
Well, for me it's too small, too application-specific and too expensive compared to many of the other contenders.
I'd go for an RPi-compatible board with more horse-power, as the RPi is 'rather sluggish', to say it nicely embarassed

Thanks  smiley

Darmok is very very smart and I am glad it is in the top 5. Where Silence Has Lease has to be way higher than 300s

I found out where's the problem with Wordfence

If you are referring to

/wp-includes/template-loader.php
/wp-includes/js/swfobject.js

Those are not Wordfence files, if a plugin uses WP's Includes folder to insert js and php files I would not use it to start with...

Minimalist, offline and inline images will be a tough one to find I think. Images are coming to CintaNotes, probably only as attachments for now if not forever. See http://roadmap.cintanotes...le-and-image-attachments/ and http://roadmap.cintanotes...gespictures-inside-notes/

You could give something like OutWiker a try if you want http://jenyay.net/Outwiker/English

Thanks 40hz.

I have several scripts (WordPress for testing, etc) running in var/www and need to be sure not to lose stuff otherwise Home (my files) directory is enough for me, the local software I can always reinstall without needing to back up really.

What's a good backup utility (except the built in one, don't ask...) to make it pain free to move up from Mint 13?
