That being the case: It is a really old program that still works like a champ. Albeit I would like to see some updates to it....being that it is almost 7 years since its last update.

It is KK Menu version 2.80
It is a bit of a pain to set up, but once done OMG!  
Skin-able, comes with a manager and skinner
There is almost nothing in right clicking , but it comes with a decent tutorial
The initial skin is very retro, but the one I am using is Smoked skin and there are dozens more available through Wincustomize, DevianyArt and Rocket dock

I will eventually be doing a Tutorial for it 

were you able to run them all from the same .bat ???

I have yet to try it, and it will not be until much later today or tomorrow.
I would try a batch file to start the instances of Circle Dock, and then put a shortcut of the batch file in the startup folder

Let me run some tests over the next few days and see if I can get a working solution

Remember the last icon directory. The program remembers the last file folder but always reset the icon folder to default and this is quite annoying for people like me who have a folder with all icons for different apps.

You idea is well received  
I keep my primary icons in a completely different folder(s) as well  

I am also going to see if we can get Circle Dock to copy Icons to Circle Dock Icon Folder(s).

• This would help maintain the portability of The Icons, and Circle Dock, when the appropriate Icon is not available when Circle Dock is in use on other systems.
• This would also reduce system resource use, as Circle Dock will not have to scour the system looking for Icons.
• this may also increase the speed of Circle Dock. As Icons could then selectively be made part of the core folders, and Circle Dock may be able to load the Icons faster
• See if this can be done with a pop-up question: "Do you want to copy this Icon to the Default Circle Dock Icon folder?" If moved, then the Icon that was coppied, is teh Icon used and not the icon from the remote file

Sometimes we all just need to access a Windows Native Context Menu Option....
Especially true in Window Vista and 7. There is quite a few times that we utilize "Run as Administrator".

So can this be accessed in Circle Dock: Yes

Simply open the Circle Dock "Settings", and go to:
Elements > Dock Items > Options
At the Option for "Right-Click Menu"
Check the Box: "Show Windows File Folder Menu"

The change will take place instantly.
You will now be able to access the native Windows Options through Circle Dock Items

The .lng File is what is needed to be adjusted.

Also:
There are 2 Spanish files:
Spanish.lng
Spanish (Alternative).lng

The English.lng is a good reference.

The editing can be done in any simple editor (ie. Notepad or Notepad++)

A clean translation would be greatly appreciated

Here's one for us old timers.....This particular add-on goes all the way back to the very early days of XP and late windows 98
I submit this as an alternative to Not Only Stacks (Which is a glorious add-on unto itself), but also the ability to create a custom menu, and skin-able to boot

That is...I am embarrassed to say....ObjectDock+, a Tab'ed bar....I recently re-installed it for ...shall we say; testing purposes
The skin comes from wincustomize. I could find it if you wish.
I do not recommend OD+ to anyone...ever!

If you are looking for tabs, and want to dev your own graphic backgrounds for it...I would suggest looking into sTabLauncher:

Maybe no where as sophisticated, but very small and clean, and at least it is actually being actively developed....when the programmer is on school break 

I usually would not make a post like this, and from this particular resource, as there is a few caveats.
But the "EASEUS Partition Master 5.0.1 Professional Edition" is so good in my opinion...I can not help but share.

I have used Easeus Products for years have been more than satisfied.
As I am constantly working and testing new OS, this particular tool has become invaluable.
