I have noticed that CK2 is not currently on sale. CK2 is $40, and  CK2 Collection is $80 now.

The game most likely will go on sale for 50% off.
If you have other games to keep you busy, wait until summer sale, so then it'd be a lot cheaper.
As a result, you might get CK2, and most of the DLCs for $40.

With Rule 2, Rule 3 shouldn't be required.  We have a lot of charter members and supporting members who don't have 100 posts.  IMHO, Supporting members are already a major part of DonationCoder, even if they have 0 posts.
