LBC does not always display on top of a maximized Chrome or other application window after opening and closing of other programs.  Exiting and reopening LBC brings it back.  Unless you already have a command, I'll build myself a little cmd script to do the job from a button.

LaunchBar Commander / Run As Administrator

Please include an option for RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR in node setup.  Currently the node must be accessed and then right-clicked to access RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Thanks for a great program!

:) So far so good.  I haven't had it not become visible for anything I've done so far.  Looks like a keeper.

I now have 1.149.04  Tried it on a site or two and it looks promising.  I'll report back after a couple of days of use.

LaunchBar Commander / Always ontop

I am using LaunchBar Commander with autohide.  It appears that the program has some difficulty relating to always being on top of maximized windows.  Reserving space eliminates that problem but costs that space from the display area.  Is there a setting I'm missing or is this something to add to the bug list?

Thanks

LaunchBar Commander / Resolution Change effect on bar length
« on: December 27, 2016, 06:43 PM »
I have 12 nodes on my bar using large icons which is working perfectly in 1600x900 resolution.  I have several computers on a KVM.  When I switch away from the computer with LaunchBar Commander and then switch back to it the resolution has reverted to 1024x768 and the LaunchBar Commander bar has wrapped the two right most icons under the bar to underneath the first two.  I can easily revert to 1600x900 with a single click app but I must manually stretch the bar out to the right to have all 12 icons back in a row.

Is there any way to lock the bar or have it too automatically correct itself when the monitor resolution is reset?

Thanks

LaunchBar Commander / Date and Time Child Node?

;)  Really enjoying configuring LaunchBar Commander!  Is there a way to enter a child  node to present date and time?

  Thank you!  Got it where and how I want it!

Here's a tough one for you.  Years ago I used to use a 16 bit launcher bar where all the icons could have the same spacing and the captions associated with the individual icons only became visible under the icon when the mouse rolled over the icon.  Your launcher bar creates each icon at the same width as the widest when captions are displayed underneath and same size is selected..

Finally, for now, now that I have the launcher bar on top, the correct width and disappearing/reappearing to my liking, how about automatically set the width of the bar to the icons in it and automatically centering the bar?  I am able to capture and pull/compress the ends of the bar but automatic width and centering would be neat.

Things to think about when nothing else is on your plate.

Thanks

LaunchBar Commander / Autohide unhide delay/ width control
« on: December 23, 2016, 03:25 PM »
Hi!  I'm new to Launchbar.  I have it configured to position across the top of my display.  Works fine however it unhides when I try to reach the close or downsize controls on the top right of a maximized window.  I know I can toggle to another configuration but I'm wondering if a very short delay could be added to the auto unhide to allow reaching those controls.  Alternatively, could a width control be provided so that the Launchbar does not extend the full width of the screen?

Thanks,
