Coding Snack Guidelines / IDEA: hotkey to open save-as dialog when mouse hovers on a screen-savable-item

Would love to use a hotkey, to save an item (notably pics) while the mouse hovers over it, without mouse-clicking.
Using the hotkey would open the windows-xp save-as dialog box.
Preferable would be to have option to select a single-key hotkey (F-key) and override competing assignment.
Normally I have to right-click, then hit the 'v' key . I tried using the "menu key" next to the right-Ctrl on the keyboard, but I get the wrong menu.
I expect to use it mostly on web-pages with Firefox. I know that there is the save "toolbar" that pops on the pic edge BUT it will not work with JavaScript disabled
Best would be to have a hotkey that works on any win-xp window
Some good Firefox extensions do not work on tabs where JavaScript is disabled. They should provide their own authorization to run as local-code but they dont.
