LaunchBar Commander / LC position on launchbar

I would like the LC icones to be displayed at the end of the system tray to find them quickly. If I
stop and then start the program it place itself nicely where I like to have it but when booting
the computer it does not do so, other program icons  are displayed after the LC icons. Is there
a way to start LC as the las program at startup to place the icons at the end of the tray?

Is there a simple way to change the order of the items in the menus?
I am looking forward to a usable help file.
