Strange Error on URL Snooper

I keep getting this error everytime I use URL Snooper to find a stream. http://prntscr.com/ku4upx
and the only way to kill Snooper is with task manager. You can not click message off it is endless clicking.
I'm on a window 10 pc.

Hi Iggy - Have you tried opening it as Admin?

Also I just googled the Error code and it said something about Disabling/Enabling
