I bet when Cheetahs race and one of them cheats, the other one goes "Man, you're such a Cheetah!" and they laugh & eat a zebra or whatever.

Hmm, seems to have a decent feature set, but needs more clicks to achieve similar results.

Portable version works, Wine not tested yet. :)

In my brief testing, Ant Renamer seemed to function fine under Wine  :Thmbsup:

I tested the zip that is currently available via:

Wow that's a serious looking app you have there :-)  I've been using AdvancedRenamer for ages, it does everything I want very easily ... but I'll be downloading this just to have a play with that astonishing amount of options...

If you happen to be an emacs user, perhaps the following may appeal:

  https://emacs.wordpress.com/2007/01/14/editing-your-file-names/

In dired mode C-x C-q will let you leverage the functionality of emacs to edit the file names in the dired buffer.  When you're done, C-c C-c to commit your changes...
