I tried searching Google for some info on how to customize the mouse over InfoTip in Windows XP. The main reason is so that I can view file metadata -> such as summary information. This used to appear in the details section in Windows 2000. But I can't see it anywhere in XP.
The setting for the info tip must be in the registry somewhere, WinZip Modifies it for Zip files - could one of the excellent programmers make some simple GUI that can customize info tip for different file extensions
?
P.S Is there any way to edit the details pane in Common files tasks? To show summary information for example
