Error Message while starting program..

Hi there,

When I want to open my program I always
get the same error message.
It says something of an Unauthorized Action or something like that..

Anyway, I made a screenie to make it more clear
(It in Dutch though...)

are you using win9x or winMe?

Yep, I use '98
I'm almost sure that the problem will be
solved with what you suggested me, but I don't
actually know what to do. I'm not that really smart
when it comes to computers
