Lost New Email Alias

Somehow I've managed to lose the email alias. Does anyone know the preformatted alias group for launching a new email from Outlook Express?

Unpack this zip for the alias file that comes built-in with farr; you can just go to options and choose menu "Import and Export" and then "Import Alias Group List" and browse to this file.

It will just add the ones you are missing and not otherwise affect any you already have.
