Stream read error

Hi,

I can't launch the program anymore, having a "Stream read error" message. What could be the problem?

Screenshot Captor (v4.36.2) launchs properly here on Windows 11  version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2428) - HP ProDesk 400 G7.

I am having the same error and can't launch the program. An AI query seemed to think it might be associated with a corrupted ini file.  I tried what it said to no avail. Basically rename the ini file to ini.bak which the AI indicated would force the program to create a new uncorrupted ini file. It did not work.
