BETTER Spotify Playlist Editor

Hello all.  Long time member and dedicated lurker here. 

I have a request.  Every Spotify playlist editor doesn't edit the liked songs playlist, and cannot sort by genre. I have a huge liked songs playlist upwards of 800 songs. For my family and I, music is life, therapy and more. I'll donate to a person that can do this.

• I'm looking for an editor that can:
• Edit the "Liked Songs" playlist
• Sort by Genre
• Allows multiple select to move a lot of songs at once to a new playlist

I'm trying to sort them into Genre playlists, for example R&B, Hip-Hip, Rap, Blues, Rock, Punk Etc. (Don't hate me I'm a 60's child)

It can be web based, I can host it, or native Windows or multi-platform (JAVA Etc)

ANYTHING.  Please?  It's utterly ridiculous that no one has done this yet.

I don't use Spotify, but your statements I quoted above make me wonder if editing the "liked songs" playlist is even possible?  Can you provide some examples of third-party editors you've tried?

I've tried quite a few, but they are all pretty much the same. I've been told the API supports what I am looking for, but I'm not exactly brilliant or anything to use it myself.

SO FAR! Rest assured: if the list is downloadable to your computer, it can be manipulated/edited/repurposed; if not via API, by good ol' direct data scraping

Resulting (edited) playlists can be "inserted" into spotify via their API or even by macro automation. Where there's a will, there's a way!

I'm in the middle of doing an API client for Telegra.ph to open the month of releases. If this remains open after publishing it, I'm taking yours up as a traditional Windows program

Found a promising API endpoint for liked songs: /v1/me/tracks

Now I must add your Spotify account manually. While it's on development mode, addition is reversed. i.e. instead of the user adding the app, the developer adds the users.

API examples are mostly Node-based (javascript), so perhaps this ends-up being a web app for you to host. The following days are key to determine things out. Best thing: your requirement is doable and it's being done
