comandline option -toggle cannot hide the search window

On Windows 10 command line
-show will show the search window
-hide will hide the search window
-toggle will show the search window, -toggle again still show the window rather than hide the window.

Can I hide the window with -toggle ?

toggle will hide it if it is currently shown, or show it if it is currently not shown, so same thing as hitting the hotkey.

v2.251.0 on Windows 10 64bit

-toggle never hide the search window.

-toggle and -show neither focus the input box.
