BleepingComputer being sued for a bad review

I went to Bleeping Computer today, and was met with this popup:

It's crazy that people try to censor bad reviews instead of getting better...

That issue is at least many months old, and there was a Bleeping Computer counter suit too. Sad to see such things taking so much time and energy
