I guess these beta release notes will do until the stable release notes are posted:

I am running the x64 Firefox now.  Nothing weird has happened yet.

Introduce a new preference (network.dns.blockDotOnion) to allow blocking .onion at the DNS level

Why would a person want to block .onion?

.onion access requires to actively install a Tor extension anyway. Sigh.

Don't ask why Mozilla does certain things. Just nod and slowly move away.
I bet when Cheetahs race and one of them cheats, the other one goes "Man, you're such a Cheetah!" and they laugh & eat a zebra or whatever.

I wonder what that really means - the phrasing is somewhat ambiguous, and I haven't researched the feature.

But I sure wouldn't want .onion DNS requests going to an upstream DNS server outside of TOR...
