Once you selected the PST file to view, the program will scan the content and repair any corrupted data. You can then browse and navigate the PST file (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, Journal) from an interface that looks similar to Outlook.

In addition to viewing the content, the program also allows you to export individual emails to EML, MSG, RTF, HTML, or PDF format. There is also a search option to help you find specific email messages based on your search criteria. Stellar PST Viewer does not require you to have Outlook installed in order to simply view the content of PST files, however, if you want to export email messages to other formats, Outlook is required.
