Idea: An on the fly mouse speed changer, or pre-set for different programs

I work on my PC, and play games, but I also photo edit with professional software.  Sometimes, I need slower mouse speeds for my photo editing.  The only thing that I've found is for setting differences between a laptop touchpad and a usb mouse.  This would really help me out.  Thank you.

I found this one that can use 3 preset speeds.  But it is $15.

Perhaps my Mat (Mouse Acceleration Toggler) program would work for your needs?
