Best Independent web page about security (fight against viruses, pc security...)

In a first search i was not able to find a good independent page (not a commercial firm )

Best Regards

P.D. Also with a complete virus database. Articles of opinion, assessment in security and the most important : a forum ....

I have found this for the spanish language that is good.
Sure exist better options for every country :

Oficina de Seguridad del Internauta

I have located - from the main or important antivirus software - several webpages well documented. But obviously i would prefer independent and not commercial point of view. Delegate the security in private hands is a crime of the capitalism.

It may not be quite what you are looking for but i did like the security scan:

Seems a commercial page. I would like a gubernamental webpage about security with tested links to serious web pages about fight antivirus.

Maybe you'll want to contact someone from CLAMAV

[Innuendo]

When I think security forum the first thing that always comes to mind is Wilders Security Forums.

The Blackhat conference is good to keep track of.

It's a formal security conference. I've started a thread for blackhat issues & stuff.

@C - Um...it should be P.S. (as in 'postscript') not P.D.

And try your search with the term "governmental" or just plain "government." Guvernamental isn't a word.

Or (for US government resources) just look here and here. That's where nearly all the publicly available information is shared.

Downloading the last of clamav .
The antivirus associated is commercial and limited : immunet.com . Don't convince me.
